Since 2024, the medical certificate has been replaced. From now on, you'll need to complete the Health Prevention Course or submit your FFA license.
How does the PPS work? It's very simple! All you have to do is visit this site.
During this online course, you'll learn about a number of different issues:
- Risk situations: unusual sensations, precautions to be taken according to age, habits conducive to poor health, etc,
- Invitation to consult a doctor in the event of identified risks,
- Reminder of the importance of training in life-saving techniques,
- Provision of a documentary database on healthcare practices.
If your PPS is validated, you'll be able to print out your Attestation Parcours Prévention Santé at the end of the course in PDF format and upload it to your time to account corresponding to your event.
This attestation is valid for 3 months, so you'll need to start completing it no earlier than July 7, 2024.
This document must be uploaded to your timeto account (see last tab).
If you're under 18, you can take part in the Run Solidaire (must be 15 within the year), the 10km (must be 16 within the year) or the half marathon (must be 18 within the year). The marathon is not open to you.
For the 10km or half, you must provide one of the following documents:
- You are an FFA licensee, your license certifies that you have a valid PPS.
- If you're not an FFA member, you'll need to complete a health questionnaire (downloadable from this link) and have it signed by your legal guardian.
If you answer YES to one or more questions, you'll need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.
This document must be submitted online via your timeto account (see last tab).
So that your document can be studied for validation, simply log in and click on “My account” (image with profile photo) then on “My events”. Under the event name, click on “Upload a document”.
DELIVERY WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM JULY 7, 2024.
The file must be of PDF type and less than 3 MB in size. If it's larger than 3 MB, you'll need to compress the document.
The document is correctly uploaded when it is WAITING to be checked.
Validation will start 1 month before the event, and you will receive an e-mail informing you of its validity or refusal.
If you are unable to submit it, we advise you to try it from a computer by logging on to your personal time to space via another web browser (Google Chrome).
Please note! You can submit your document up to 7 days before the race.
